I have so much sadness right now, I want to do whatever I can to help myself. I am no closer to my goal than I was a year ago.
I need to dedicate my life to myself. I love my family, but if I dont do this for me. Nothng else will matter.


  1. I hope you're feeling happy today. :) I just found your blog and I'm going to follow you. I hope to see an update from you soon. I understand exactly what it's like to lose focus from your goals. I just went through a 3 month slip back into my unhealthy lifestyle and gained back all the weight plus some extra! But happily I'm back on track and better prepared because of it. Take care.

  2. I just found your blog, and I wish I could give you a hug. I lost my father in March of this year. The pain doesn't stop, and my poor mother is having a hard time coping. I am currently 270 lbs, but at my heaviest I was 327 lbs. Everyday is a struggle, but we have to keep on and not give up. I really wish you well and hope you feel better soon.

    please believe that you can do it.. we have no other choice.. and when you look around and read about all those success stories you have to believe you can do it too..
